My background spans biotechnology, healthcare systems, global healthcare technology, insurtech, and fintech, where I’ve partnered closely with founders, boards, and executive teams to align legal strategy with business objectives.

I have led legal organizations through high-stakes moments—including taking a healthcare technology startup from early growth through IPO and global expansion across North America, Europe, EMEA, and APAC. Along the way, I built and scaled legal functions, led major M&A and integration efforts, and advised on mission-critical issues involving corporate governance, commercial strategy, data privacy, intellectual property, and technology-driven products.
