BACKGROUND

I’m a legal leader who helps growth-stage technology companies achieve their business objectives while thoughtfully managing legal risk. My work focuses on partnering closely with executives and teams to provide practical, business-minded guidance during periods of rapid change.

I began my career at an AmLaw 100 firm, where I developed a strong foundation in complex legal matters, and later moved in-house to work more directly with companies as they scaled.

In 2019, I helped take a healthcare technology startup through its IPO—an experience that continues to shape my approach to legal strategy, risk management, and long-term growth.
